1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a refund of $10 CAD if the AI research output fails to provide satisfactory results for your legal research query.

2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a refund, ALL of the following conditions must be met:

• The query was related to Canadian case law research
• The response was clearly incomplete, irrelevant, or inadequate for research purposes
• You have not received refunds for more than 2 previous queries in the last 30 days

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, email theaibuildlogs@gmail.com with ALL of the following information:

• Exact query string used
• Time and date of the query (with timezone)
• Complete AI-generated answer received
• Detailed explanation of why the response was unsatisfactory
• Your account email associated with the query

4. Processing Timeline

• Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days
• Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

No refunds will be issued for:

• Minor formatting or stylistic issues
• Disagreement with legal analysis or interpretation
• Failure to find specific cases when relevant results were provided
• User error in query formulation
• Research outcomes that simply differ from user expectations
• General dissatisfaction without specific, verifiable deficiencies

6. Important Disclaimers

• Refund approval is at our sole discretion
• Receiving a refund does not constitute admission of service failure
• This refund policy does not override the limitations of liability in our Terms
• We reserve the right to modify or deny service to users who abuse this policy
